Having struggled with being overweight, unmotivated, and attempting every fad diet I came across, I know what it's like to be in your shoes. I battled weight cycling, also called yo-yo dieting, throughout my life. My weight fluctuated by 20-30 pounds repeatedly until I finally changed my lifestyle at 50. I am 56 now, so I can relate if you're over 40. You can change your life at any age.
